More rain is coming! I'm kind if curious what happens if April 1 comes and we are just over the crisis point. Do we get a Get Out of Mandatory Rationing Free card? Good for how long?
For some reason, my husband doesn't want to eat "meatloaf" made out of lentils. I cooked it once before. The taste was good. The consistency was lacking. I let the lentils get too wet. (Note to self: you took a picture of that. Can you find it? Do you want to?)
It was kind of like what happened that time I made vegan goetta. I could really nail that if I tried again. I'm way better at steel-cut oats now.
And now I want to make a vegetarian Cincinnati chili. My new canisters even have one especially for spaghetti noodles.
